At the ArtBAB (March 6th-10th, 2019) in Bahrain, the international art fair of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Ursula Schregel will be represented by the French gallery Bruno Massa. The prestigious gallery is based in Paris, New York and Seoul. With its strategic location, Bahrain is considered the center of contemporary art among the Gulf States.
The art fair ArtBAB in Bahrain, which takes place this year for the fourth time in the International Exhibition and Convention Center in Bahrain’s capital Manama, has quickly established itself as the most important event in the cultural calendar of the Gulf region. It is an important platform for art collectors, galleries and artists from home and abroad. With 20,000 visitors in 2018, ArtBAB is seeing an ever increasing number of visitors from year to year. Thus, the art fair alone was able to increase its sales revenue by 40% from 2017 to 2018. The art fair is under the patronage of the Royal Family and Her Majesty Princess Sabika bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa.
